I finished two seasons of Lioness. Very good show. I'd highly recommend it if you like the genre. I thought the second season was slightly better than the first. Which was very good too.Might be the most diverse creator. Sure he’s got a ton of cowboy shows but also has
Tulsa King, Mayor of Kingstown and Special Ops Lioness
Amazing dude
I liked season 2, but thought it was a bit flat. And the ending was kind of ridiculous. Alas, I’ll look forward to season 3I finished two seasons of Lioness. Very good show. Apparently a second season is coming, just taking forever cause of Hardy's schedule and other shit. We shall see though. Crossing my fingers as I loved the first season.I’m watching Taboo on Prime. I’m a big Tom Hardy fan and love the history around the Colonial period. This happens in England and Hardy plays a brooding hero with a dark past, who takes on the all-powerful East India Trading Company. It’s based on two real characters but is historically fictional. He’s always a step ahead of the snooty Brits at EIC and hatches plots reminiscent of Thomas Shelby.
Unfortunately it only ran one season. But I’m loving it.

March 13th can't get here soon enough. I greatly dislike the deviations from the books some more than others but this is still the Wheel of Time and I love it for that.

Yeah I recently for the heck of it started a reread and it just was painful rereading those couple of books we've seen in the show so far.My favorite fantasy book series by far. But you are right. This show just has the same characters in it as the book.
Story wise - it might as well be a different universe
yea, insane that earliest would be 8 years later for a 2nd season, but director says its happening. Hopeful. That’s a long time. I think it was made in 2017
