I'm no rules expert, so I suppose that is possible. But I associate run offs of the clock with injuries late when there is no timeout.
They put that in so the offense couldnt stop the clock without a time out.

I saw him make 3 great plays in this game. He was still recovering with us.
I still see us exposing him in that secondary. He's not as good as he used to be. That last play wasn't all him, that was mostly Lawrence stupidly throwing to a well covered WR in the middle of the field. That's a dangerous area to do that since there's a lot of bodies there to INT any tipped balls.

Didn't we have a run off after a TD was reversed. Atlanta game maybe. It was strange

Yeah it feels like we're constantly unearthing new rules, every year, that have been "standard" through the years. Which I don't remember being that way. However it is of course possible I'm just an angry old bastid. :laugh3:

And who had him well covered? White.

Figured you say that but there's plenty of plays where a CB can have a WR well covered. White is an NFL CB so I'd expect that to happen every now and then, but he's most definitely a shell of what he used to be. That last INT was on Lawrence to throw elsewhere vs throwing it in there. I see Stafford making way better decisions than Lawrence and dicing up that defense way more, White included.

Where was this Tre white when he was here
