Don't see a thing wrong with it to be honest
If he was at the podium smiling and having a good time, then I would be pissed if I were a Bill's fan

There are big gaps between having a blast after just losing an OT playoff game, demonstrating disappointment and accountability, and blubbering like a baby.

Or improve his defense?
Both are needed if they want to have a real chance to win titles.

Allen elevates his wideouts by scrambling and buying time. What he's throwing to is not good enough though. And yes that defense always seems to crumble. Like I always say a truly great defense is a QB's best friend. They'll make you the hero.

Then it was incomplete. Cause the DB didnt have it till they were both on the ground.
No. When you hit the ground and two players are fighting for possession the first to come away with it wins possession and the catch at the downed spot.

If Cooks had held onto the fucking thing it would have been a tie and his ball.

IMO, blatant pass interference before Cooks tried to catch the ball. The DB is grabbing his arm and waving his arms without even looking back for the ball.

Then on the flip side, the buffalo DB did the same thing and got flagged.

No doubt. But with Cooks there is always an excuse. Truth is he's too small and ineffective in big moments.

This is why I want one of those big ass wideouts in this next draft. Big frame, some strength to him to fend off DB bullshit, Stafford can highpoint him all day and down the sideline late in games.

Cooks caught the ball. The ref in the booth said, "he didn't complete the catch". The announcers said, "he didn't complete the catch". As Herm Edwards said, "you have to review the play. Stop the game and review the play"

What I saw was Cooks was interfered with, still caught the ball, landed on the ground and rolled, when the DB ripped it out of his arms. The ball didn't move otherwise and it should have been overturned. JMHO. But like Edwards said, "they should have taken their time, slowed it down to frame by frame and made SURE it was a catch or interception. Show some more commercials. Sell some more" shit.

If I were Bills fan, I'd be livid today. Those refs totally screwed them. Yes, I know they had five turnovers but they were still in the game when the non-call on Cooks in the end zone and the "interception" he lost to the defender occurred. The fact that the NFL didn't even review the interception pisses me off. The Bills had to take a time out and still the officials didn't look at it. What's the point of having an "expert" up in the booth if he disagrees with the official on the field half the time? It only serves to stir up more controversy.

The NFL really has a creditably problem with officials. I hope they take a long look at that in the offseason. They should allow coaches to have up to three challenges/game where they can challenge any call. How many times have we seen a blatant PI that was/was not called, that every fan watching the game from home can see was the wrong call but the guy with the flag is the only one who counts? It's really ruined the game. It seems like every week this season there's been a game ending with a disputed call. I don't think your average fan (or anyone) is going to complain if the game takes 10 minutes longer if it means the correct call is being made.

Now, on to the Bears. Let's kick their ass and get revenge on Seattle who stole one from us, thanks to the officials. Go Rams!

Not usually crazy about the pregame shows, especially when they're 12 hours long! But Frank Caliendo was great. He did Madden calling the Brandin Cooks, catch-fumble explaining he wasn't yet a runner and after that he says, "how about that.....we just spent more time on that than the refs did"> >>>> LMFAO!!!!

Just saw the Allen crying at the podium. Man, I have really had enough of these NFL players sobbing over losses in public.
Have to strongly disagree ... in THIS specific situation.

Consider the player, and the circumstances.

One of the NFL's truly Elite players. Has carried his team ... perhaps ... more often and further than any other.

... 7 straight playoff seasons
... averaged 12 wins per-year in the Regular Season
... considered a strong Super Bowl contender every single season
... 7 eliminations ... most very close / hard-fought / down-to-the-wire, one-score games

That's going to wear on the star player.

There is a video clip of Josh Allen's post-game press conferences after each-and-every playoff loss.
The first six ('19-'14), he was calm and mature. After this one ... SEVENTH straight ... he showed his emotions.

This was NOT a good example to criticize a player for 'sobbing ... in public'.
