I mean they are 30th in Rush Defense in almost every Stat in the league. Passing Defense they are top 5 in almost everything. Offense top 5. Defense also is the worst in the league in Penalties! They give up everything the offense puts up.

Yep. Improving the defense is the fastest path to make them better. They'll never go anywhere without a better defense.
