Wow - when he signed on, I didn't know Andrew Whitworth from Andrew Jackson.

The man is something else. Can't say I'm glad to have gotten to know him, cuz of course I don't, but am very glad he is associated with my favorite team.

My memory of Big Whit will always be him carrying Eric Weddle around like a little boy after the a super Bowl victory.

Leadership, professionalism, accountabilty, he brought it all, and our offensive line played at a higher level with him than probably any point since our GSOT days. 1st class on and off the field, a level of excellence right to the very end, and going out a SB winner and Man of the Year at that.
