I noticed you marked my post as ‘inappropriate,’ but I stand by it.

It’s been well documented that Big Ben is a terrible human being. He earned the nickname “Rapelisberger” for good reason. Feel free to read either of these articles below, they might change your mind about him.

It feels like... it’s happening...

A changing of a guard is upon us, and in particular over the next year or so.

Brees out. Roethlisberger out. E. Manning fading fast. Cam Newton looking old. Matt Ryan while steady on most days is just steady and is that good enough? Etc.

It’s happening...

New blood....

Jared Goff
Deshaun Watson
Patrick Mahomes
Carson Wentz
Lamar Jackson

Sam Darnold (maybe)
Josh Allen (maybe)
Kyler Murray (maybe)
Baker Mayfield (maybe)

It’s gonna be a bit weird for me .. the first draft I ever actually watched was the Eli rivers Ben draft ...so they were kinda my era QBs ....

Steelers gonna go in rebuild mode. Who stands atop the North now?

Baltimore
Cleveland
Steelers
Bengals

That doesn’t scare anyone.

Baltimore might be a better team with a better coach right now. But I don’t think Jackson is the answer for them.

Cleveland...who knows. Paper tigers? Legit contenders that need to put it all together?

Does it matter? The road in the AFC goes through NE at the moment
Barring an injury to Brady it is already over in the AFC.
A 15-1 kind of season for them.

Maybe, but I'll think he may play a Jeff Fisher role as they rebuild.
The Steelers don’t remove coaches very often, like promoting in house, then hanging onto guys.
He just is not a very good game day coach.
Has made a lot of strange/bad decisions in the last several years.

And your comments are completely classless and you feel the need to remind us about these accusations every time a thread about him happens. We get it you hate the guy and want to tell everybody what he was accused of as if we didn’t know about it already.

We all know what he was accused of but your wishing injury on somebody isn't appropriate.

He's just collecting Karma-debt from all the raping. It warms my soul. I hate the stealers with a passion.

The Steelers will hire a new Head Coach in 2020 OMHO. They have not fired a coach since Bill Austin at the end of the 1968 season and they won't fire Tomlin as both will agree to part ways, which is nice way of not firing somebody.

The Steelers will hire a young offensive coach IMHO and the following will be on their short list:

1. Lincoln Riley (Oklahoma)
2. Robert Saleh (49ers DC)
3. Kellen Moore (Cowboys OC)

The three fit the profile of three previous hires of Chuck Knoll, Bill Cowher & Mike Tomlin....Riley is obv

Robert Saleh is a heckuva coach. He's had defenses that fight with little talent. I wouldn't mind him not being on the 9ers.

Jackson will be fine as long as they have Greg Roman drawing it up. He is the best in the NFL at dumbing down offenses for run-first type QBs and maximizing their ability.
