i GOTTA GO with Cooks. Woods and Kupps are special, but Cooks is doing things they can't and the salary says it, too. Sorry, Woods would not have gotten a 16 mill contract in the 2018 offseason.

Cooks can run patterns as well as most any 'speed' reciever (speed receuver= sub 4.4)....and he can cut well because he is shorter, and won't tear an ACL as easy, either.....ok, strike the last phrase...
