Lance is IMO a year away from really showing who he is. 49ers TBD
The word is that the Hawks will make a play for Watson, they certainly have the draft capital for it. The Hawks also have the cap space for Watson. But with Pittsburgh, Tampa, Saints, and others possibly in the bidding it's no sure thing they will get him. Their plan B IMO is to play Lock this season and draft their franchise QB next year. So the Seahawks are TBD
Murray can't carry the Cards, he's a complimentary QB, not a true franchise talent. The problem is the Cards only have $5.5M in cap space. They don't have the means to build the team Murray needs around him. Their FO has shown they struggle drafting talent. I think they stay in the 3rd or 4th place in the division. IMO Trey Lance is a much better QB prospect than Murray. The Cards are who they are, i.e. faders who might make the wildcard again.
If the Rams resign the core of their FAs along with Miller and OBJ, they are obviously the class of the NFCW. So to think that this division is better than the AFCW is a very tough sell. This is a QB driven league. The #4 QB Carr is far and away a better QB than Murray or Lance at this point in Trey's career. The AFCW has 4 good QBs, two elite, another trending on being elite (Herbert) and the 4th is a top-tier talent in his own right. The NFCW has one elite QB, one questionable QB (his immaturity is holding him back and he lacks mental and physical toughness), and two QBs who have yet to prove they aren't busts.
IMO Staley will impact the Charger's drafts in a hugely positive manner. He is building the Charger's first in-house analytics team, with some very talented people.
In one off season the NFCW has basically dismantled itself and we won't know how they will emerge for the long run.
I agree with Merlin that Kay is hot with one caveat, that being she doesn't say anything about sports. She's 35 but acts like a teenager.
