I really like Shula. I hope he stays because as long as he's in LA the Rams won't have to worry about replacing Sean should he burn out again as he might once Stafford retires. Shula will make a very good HC hopefully for the Rams but more likely for another team.

This last episode showed why LA is looked upon in the NFL by players as a top destination landing spot.
He is just beginning his DC window so let's see how he performs before we talk HC duties for him. We can assume he will quickly become an owner favorite given his name plus his McVay connection, but performance in that role is the key.

And after the Rams win the Super Bowl with Chris Shula overseeing a top 10 defense, he will be the next Head Coach of the Dallas Cowboys, bringing with him Nick Caley as his Offensive Coordinator.
