When I bought my house basement came with a water trac system that is supposed to stop water from getting into basement and carry it to sump pump. It is allowing heavy seepage. Can I reseal it and will I be able to reseal while it has water coming in. Any knowledge of this would be great.

first thing to check is the sump pump.. make sure it is working properly and the water isnt backing up, if that's not the problem then I can't help.Good Luck
