Ahh. Such a wonderful distraction until football season ramps up. Which means, October/November is the best time of the year. NFL season in full flow and MLB postseason. Watching the Yankees. So much for that Higashioka being Cole's personal catcher. Sanchez has blocked about 3 pitches in the dirt with runners on and homered to put the Yanks up 2-1.

is there any pitching in the NL west and AL West or are they hitting off a tee?

almost all the teams are in double digits in RS and RA after just 2 games

Yankees havent even faced good pitching yet and have struck out 30 times in 3 games. Post season form indeed

I dont want to argue with you about stupid Aaron Rodgers, that's a waste of energy for both of us.... What I do want to talk about is our Yanks. Yes, the lack of situational hitting is annoying and all that, but dayum do I love the pitching staff. You may recall my affection for Kluber from the past, either way I am really psyched we have him. Monty is an underrated stud, my boy King is just waiting for his chance and oh yeah, Sevy will be back at some point too.... Cole is just the man. Hope you're enjoying the good stuff with this team as much as I am

Yeah. A lot of people ragging me when they were off to that bad start. Kluber looks like the old Kluber. Taillon looks like he could be a good add. The bullpen is stellar.... I like the lefty they got in the trade. Once our hitters can put the mendoza line in the rear view mirror, they will do some damage. Need a good road trip so they return home in first. Still wish I could like Stanton more.

2 out 3 over the Rays because of pitching. Kluber has a sub par outing tonight and si far Gio rescues him with a 3-run PH homer. That guy may be the best "find" they've had in decades. All glove, no hit to all everything.

Kluber a no hitter. He'd been pretty good before that. Is he back in form? I say yes.

If Severino makes it back after the AS break that staff could be outright sick!! And with that bullpen?

Dude looks like he's found his grove. The Yanks are 5-1 in is last 6 starts. He's 4-1. 2.03 ERA, 38 K, 13 BB and 1 HR allowed.

German had a good game today. The Yanks are 5-0 his last 5 starts. He's 3-0. 1.72 ERA, 31 K, 5 BB,

I really hope Seve gets back soon.

Yankees are 17-5 their last 22 games. Their starters haven't given up a run in the last 5. Over the 22 games, their starters are 10-2 with a 2.73 ERA, 29 BB and 154 K's. Consequently, the bullpen is 7-3. Currently a half game out of first place (Boston/Tampa tied) and they play both Tampa (5/31 - 6/3) and Boston (6/4 - 6/6), next week. First up Toronto and Detroit.
