Yeah, in St Louis he was always going to be the guy they were looking to replace, even though he was exciting in both good and bad ways. In Cleveland he'll have a chance to be the guy replacing unsatisfactory QBs and be given a new chance, with an underrated team. Frankly, once he learns the system he should do better than McCown or especially Manziel, and the fan base will probably eat up the excitement.
Rams want somebody more steady. Win win for everybody involved - except Johnny Football, of course.
