Without Gurley, I don't think we beat the Cardinals, and are not even close to competing with GB in GB, without him. How many points would Austin have scored? They are complimentary that way...I am a Donald homer, and I thinhk he will be a HOFer....But without Gurley, our season would probably be over right now....Even though it's basically only two games, he has asserted himself as the heart and the soul of the Rams offense, and when was the last time that happened with a rookie in two games? Without him, I would just be watching Donald do what he does, and not worrying about the score because we are ouy of it..

WE ARE IN IT, because of Gurley.

Olgletree by far. He was having an all-pro year and leading the team in tackles by a huge percentage, way above everyone else.

I got Donald, Tavon, and Gurley in that order. Gurley would maybe have it had he started week 1.

Austin on offense. Tree was asserting himself as a leader on D, but we'll just have to wait until next year. I went JJ, he's playing at a high level in both the passing game and run. So far no mental errors, and it says something that he was only targeted once against GB.

I went with Austin only because he has been active in every game so far and has been the spark plug the misfiring offense needed

Defense I went with JL55... since he is calling the plays and setting up the D on the field

Not trying to be an ass... but I just can't bring myself to name an MVP player on a 2-3 team.
Edit: But if I did, it would be the Austin/Gurley show.

Problem for Quinn (much as we love him) is that 20 sack season means any time he doesn't reach that ridiculous height you feel he's "regressed" or something. He's still playing great and is a legitimately top 10 DE - but so far I feel Austin, Gurley and Donald have been our stars.

I went with TA and Donald. TA because of the td's and Donald just being Donald. By the end of the season it would probably be Gurley and hard to pick the other between JJ, Foles, TA, Donald and Quinn. Then we have to talk about playoff MVP's.

Go Rams

I went with Gurley and Donald.

We have zero wins without this D. Gurley didn't just step in, he led the NFL in rushing from his first full game onward.

Austin would have blown everyone out but they decided not to play him.

Give it a try. There is actually no real award involved... :sneaky:

Good post @CGI_Ram

They've all manned up this season I have to admit, but I've gone for an Offensive MVP and Defensive MVP (to be fair ;)

Offensive MVP:
Tavon Austin, because he's turning into the player we all hoped for, he's great at running the ball, catching the ball, returning the ball, and more importantly he's converting the play into points, and what do points make - prizes...

Honourable mentions
must go to Gurley, carry on my friend, keep putting up 150yard + games and lets start finding that end zone ;) and Foles, I know people have been hard on him for the GB loss especially, but, the dude is doing ok, he does some solid plays, and to be able to keep playing after that disgusting Matthews hit, got to get some props for that.

Defensive MVP:
I've gone with JL55, purely because I think he's controlling our on the field defence like a Roman General, ohh yeh, and he ended ARod's no interception run ;)

Honourable mentions must go to Donald, for obvious reasons, the dude is a beast on our D-line - Laurinaitis, got the nod for the interception ;) and to JJ, WR's in his direction are being targeted less this year, I think its because JJ scares the opposing QBs

To be honest there are several players that deserve it so far. On defense Donald, Olgetree, Jenkins, and you guys are forgetting about Tru Johnson.

On offense gotta go Tavon and Gurley. Besides one bad game Nick Foles.

This team needs to make a run the division is up for grabs.

I went with TA for obvious reasons, and Tru. Maybe not MVP but definitely most improved. I think he has really stepped up his game this season.

GO RAMS!!!!
