Or maybe this is guy who was suspended for a year for allowing and/or encouraging bounties to injure opponents, costing his team $500K and two draft choices to boot. That shows his respect for players. And then his own franchise QB now hears that Payton essentially considered him damaged goods with pre-existing conditions. Nix is a couple years from a BIG contract, and his own coach is publicly damaging his prospects. Kind of a douche.
