Second, if I was going to open a bar, I'd probably power-watch every episode of Bar Rescue and Restaurant Impossible. Those two guys know what it takes to have a successful venture. And lastly, I'd pay very close attention to Yelpers. They seem to be the wave of the future, and my wife won't even visit a place that has too many negative reviews. Treat every customer like they could destroy you online, and you should be fine.
