I agree about Clark but defining crap like that doesn’t mean anything to me. I’ll just go by the Constitution. But meanwhile back at the FA debate, the Rams aren’t going to sign a FA this year that is a well known name.

The Constitution doesn't answer what an "assault weapon" is. That's what statutory law does. Agree on FAs.

The Rams look to stand pat. If someone gets released that's another story. But they really don't have the cap to sign high priced FAs.
