Brady doesn't have weapons and only really did for a short time. He is still a winner. There's no taking that away from him. Best ever though, nope. Manning is a great QB too, but I wonder how great he would be with all these quick slants if DBs were still allowed to mug receivers. I'd take Joe Cool over both.
