It's unlikely Bell gets traded until closer to the trade deadline. He has made it clear he's not reporting until shortly before the deadline to get credit for the season - but each week earlier a team trades for him they will need $855k in cap space, plus there's always a chance they fall out of contention before then anyway. Let's see what happens closer to the end of October, the trade deadline.

It's not happened yet...I wonder if he plays without a new contract, especially after the Earl Thomas injury

Thanks! At least that is good news for now! I just don’t want to see the Eagles (Or, Any other NFC Team get any better/Just greedy I guess!)!

He is on the radio but, I think he does more production work. It's been a big topic last couple of days. It makes sense. Just hope some other team would give more. I wouldn't make the trade till after he reports and his conditioning is verified.

unless they win another Super Bowl. It's about this year.

It makes sense to me. Eagles going for two SB in a row.

The Eagles are showing weakness in a few areas. Defensive backfield, protection, pass rush and running back. The pass rush and protection can get fixed with the players they have. Defensive backfield needs new personnel. They have injuries at running back with Darren Sproles being out again. Clement is also hurt while Ajai has knee and back problems but, has played. To add a complete back like Bell ups this offense to another level and solves a big problem. Well worth a third rounder and the Millions it would take.

Adam Shefferino just confirmed the trade!!!

Eagles have 4.1 mil in cap this year, and are almost 20 million OVER the cap for next season. Don't see how it could happen, outside of a 1 year rental. Even then, they would have to move a lot around this season.

I find this hard to believe. Didn't they use a high pick (maybe 3rd) for Ajayi just last year?

Is this true? Bell has been a great player but I'm not sure his skill translates to every team. Steelers linemen opened huge holes and knee how he runs, that style will take a while to master.
