Spam sandwiches are good. I don't care what you all say. Most people I know that "hate" spam have never tried it anyway. They're just going off of someone else's opinion and cultural momentum.

I wanted to like it. Wife won a free meal at a legit Hawaiian cafe in West LA and... neither of us could finish the Spam.

That said, I could understand why some people like it.

How was it prepared? Spam sandwiches require frying the spam. I don't think I could eat uncooked spam.

Doesn’t that go for all Spam? I had some pretty good Spam fried rice and even some decent Spam n eggs at Mickey Ds in Hawaii. I agree that Spam gets a bad rap probably because people don’t know how to prepare it. Gotta be kinda crunchy on the outside for MY tastes.

Spam was fried on a bed of rice with grilled pineapple and a soy based glaze. Sounded delish. In reality...not so much.

That's sounds ok. Crispy little spam cubes. Oh well. It's not for everyone.
