Just heard it on NFL in the background while I was at my work PC.
Somewhat surprising considering other needs on defense (CB & edge rusher) but we know McVay likes to have that true deep threat and OBJ is no guarantee to be back.

Yeah, the wait was gonna be too long for recovery, and even after recovery .... will the same knee go again? Had to move on I think.

McVay must feel that if the O is unstoppable it doesn't matter who lines up with AD, the D will get some stops. Not sure if this means that someone currently in WR room is being traded. I hope not but we will see.
