The first is Dexter Coakley and the second is Beetlejuice from Howard Stern. That pick of Coakley is a terrible one, he doesn't usually look like that but that is the one the Post Dispatch ran with years ago when he signed. Just trying to fool some people. This is a better pick of Coakley.

Chris Miller wasn't "bad", concussions caught up with him in St. Louis, unfortunately.

O'Neal had a 10 sack season for the Rams. That's not bust worthy.

Chavous played 3 seasons with the Rams, starting all but 2 games. Not bust worthy, IMO.

10 sacks were nice, but may have not been worth the money. Plus the off the field stuff was embarrassing.

I disagree on Al Harris being a bad signing, we got him for next to nothing and he was one of our best CBs before getting injured and a solid veteran presence. Same goes for Barry Richardson, he wasn't good, but he was serviceable and outperformed expectations by a mile.

Yeah he was a decent player but signing him at 37 with his knee issues...not smart. The guy didn't even play a full 16 since 2007.

Have to wonder if we would be alone in that. I don't watch other teams but I'm guessing the Redskins could fill out that roster just since Dannyboy took over.

Yeah - I'm of the thinking that every team has its Drew Bennetts. We as Ram fans should never be ok with our team doing it but I like looking at the future. And unlike since Carroll "died" on through the Spags regime, the future looks bright.

Eventually, every team can, but at least not all of these were "expected to start and star and did nothing" types like Drew Bennett. Most were just kind of meh.
