So the Rams already had an issue with OT depth. AJax’s situation accelerates and magnifies that issue. Better to address it now vs the middle of the season.
Note: I’m betting Trost will be depth and possible replacement at OG (vs OT).

Alaric Jackson and his lawyer can play this out and postpone the court hearings and a trial well into 2027. I believe the NFL would have to wait until a verdict is reached before it can impose any punishment. Maybe they can offer a large settlement amount, and she drops the charges.
The NFL doesn't have to wait at all. They can do what they want. I'm worried about that part more than the legal system. Just an FYI, I'm not saying that is what's going to happen but it is a possibility.

If the suspension can be delayed until next season that would be a relief. Possibly we can offload him prior also. A good starting LT should be worth a decent amount, even with baggage. But, I think we should rid ourselves of him.
We should possibly get rid of him, but I do believe this is mostly next year's problem.

This is true, but how long do you suppose an investigation will take? Those can take many months.

Could the Rams walk away from Jackson's contract and find another left tackle, maybe like Decker?
Because this is not looking good.

Dean Cain laughed at something inappropriate and got interneted to death by it

And I am serious - all he did was laugh

The WOKE people just rose up and destroyed him
Destroyed him?

Come on, he's a nobody who hasn't had a decent credit to his name since the 90s.

Please, let's not be so fragile.

Destroyed might connotate that there was something to destroy. That might be a little strong. But they damn sure came unhinged about it. So who was fragile?

BTW, I believe in the link someone here provided, I think someone used the term "destroyed". So unless that person was @Tano , it looks like he wasn't the only one to see it that way.

Meh... too much time spent on an off hand comment on a sports forum.

Dean Cain is just trying to stay relevant. Speaking of relevance, what does a has been actor and politics have to do with with anything on this forum?
Agreed. Can we please get off this stool? Hijacking a thread can be fun and even necessary some times. This? Not so much.
