After three seasons and wk 1, where is Goff?

He’s starting QB in Los Angeles that’s where he is.

My only problem with Goff, is that hes so good, I get pissed when he has a bad game.
I can count those on one hand.

This week was one of them.

I expect him to get it together against N.O.

Same.

Honestly IF anyone is concerned with Goff just put in the tape of the NFC Championship game in New Orleans. He grew a lot in that game and led us to the win, and his play has been largely overlooked due to the non-call. That was a fantastic game and comeback win in a game with huge stakes, in the most hostile location you can get. From a very young gunslinger.

Instead of hand wringing, I prefer to actually enjoy his development. But yeah to each his own.

Every time I start to doubt him , I think back to last year's Viking and KC games . He made every throw in the book

There was 1 throw I saw on the "highlights", where he just sailed it over the WR - but, I think the WR started breaking in & looking for the pass on his left when Jared expected him to keep to keep going & look for it on his right. I believe a lot of the "rust" was just getting on the same page as his WR's - not an accuracy issue. And since we know this will happen soon, his games will get better & better the more time he spends with them. I can also safely assume this is something Jared will work on with them over the next week, unless the Brinks truck softened him up a bit, ha ha. Ha.

I'm chocking this up to rust on all of the skill players and a whole summer for Carolina to prep. I won't start worrying until I don't see improvement next week.

Good stuff. However. Playing Devils advocate here.. .. If he had hit Reynolds or Woods in stride at end of the 4th, that game ends in regulation and we don't need to hear whiny bitch ass Ain't fans. Oh well. So much good in that game.
