Yeah, I can certainly see any game as one that was not called well.

I do respect those that can see this Chiefs/Bangles game called poorly.

It was a close game for sure. Refs have a way for making it questionable.

Interesting how we all see the same game and see it differently.

I saw in the replay a ref come in before the play went off. Fair.

Saw then the pass interference. Close call but either way fair.

No B.S. here fore no real dog in the fight.

If that is it, then fair game IMO.
The Umpire totally screwed this all up! It's all on him.

The play before was an incomplete pass, stopping the clock.

For whatever reason, that umpire got on his mic and said to reset the play clock to 10 seconds, then followed by start both the game and play clock on my signal. Well, he totally f'd up starting the game clock on his signal, because the clock was stopped from the prior incomplete pass.

The Umpire blew it big time, and the other ref had to attempt to stop the play when he realized the Ump screwed it up.

Embarassing and bad officiating!

Yeah I can see how that was confusing and horrible timing. It was the right call after the fact. If the Chiefs would have got a first down and it was called back that would have been the right call also. We will never know for certain.

Other than that, I did not see a game like others that were egregious in the refs calls.

It was just a lot of calls on the PI's, yes technically by the rules it's a flag for contact beyond 5 yards from the line of scrimmage but having a arm on a guy doesn't warrant a flag IMO because I guarantee you all those rookies in KC's secondary were probably doing the same thing trying to keep up with Chase, Higgins and Boyd.

After sleeping on it and finding out all the cockiness and post game whining from Bengals fans (see that shit from the mayor...God that was cringe)....I am so glad the Chiefs shut their asses up. Burrowhead my foot.

And Travis Kelce dropping an old school Rock promo just vaulted him up my likeabilty factor. Jabroni.

Bengal fans just mighta surpassed Saints fans for biggest crybabies in the league. Sure, that ref shoulda been more assertive trying to stop the play. It was his bad. But when he did that the play was dead right there.

Bengals fans should not be crying after what happened last year in the Raider playoff game. Ref blew the whistle early and that TD should not have counted. Sure, the ref was wrong to blow it early. So I guess it makes sense to let it count. But by rule once the whistle blows the play is over regardless of whether or not it shoulda been blown.

Sounds like a similar case to this one. But this one wasn't in their favor so they're crying about it.

Not me.

I can separate the game and the humanity.
You’re right. Heat of the moment comment. Now I sorta feel sorry for him. Tough to live with , because it will be shown for years.

I did want the Bengals to win, but wasn't sure they'd be good enough to beat the Eagles.
Unfortunately, not sure if the Chiefs can either.
Despite the Eagles being the so-called beat team, we have all had it drilled into us by the media that the Bills were going all the way.
Dislike the Eagles, but am happy the Cowboys and 49ers didn't make it.

To me, the whole Ossai saga was by far the most interesting thing about the AFC championship game.

Really interesting to see how people reacted to it, both in the heat of the moment and then after having a day to digest it.

My take is there's no need for anyone to remind Ossai how bad he fucked up, because clearly the guy is beyond devastated and will have to live with it for the rest of his life.

I like the below video... how his teammate BJ Hill stepped up for his teammate and even helped defend him with the media shitstorm.

So I can't feel too sorry for Ossai I guess... he's still a millionaire athlete living the dream. But, forever and always, whenever they talk of the dumbest game changing mistakes in the playoffs, they'll talk of Joseph Ossai. That's tough for him to deal with.

I can't remember the last time a team had such a dominant combo of Oline and pass rush. The eagles Chiefs will be a textbook game of "is the game won in the trenches". I can't see KC beating them, but if they do Mahomes is super human. Spags legend may grow as well.

Maybe a McVay replacement?
