The first 5 minutes of this is very good. Aeneas talks about the Rams, but specifically the part about how he thinks the team should be evaluated, and how an Owner needs to separate emotion from his evaluation process and take the whole of the situation into account. Also talks about how EVERYTHING needs to be evaluated from an Organization standpoint. From the trainers to the assistants, to the GM. The rest of the interview (about 18 minutes after that) are about his faith, charity work and a little Tebow thrown in there.

Wow, better stats than Green & Prime. I didn't know that.

Also, funny to hear Bernie touting his vote on the HOF committee. He throws that around a little too much, if you ask me. He's basically swinging his thing and telling everyone to look at how big it is :)
