Thanks for that, very enjoyable and what an absolute monster that bloke is. Nice they chucked s bit of the Pet Shop Boys in the soundtrack as well!

Beautiful. I'm so glad we have him on our team.

I'm SO pumped! It's 11:20pm on a Sunday night and I wanna put on some pads, go to the gym or something!

It's amazing that he throws people off of himself with a swim move sometimes. He doesn't leverage past the blocker, he actually throws him out of the way with one arm. There were a handful of highlights in this clip where the OLman change direction because of AD going up and around and simply moving the guy off of himself with one arm.

Incredible.

And as I have said people talk about his weight. He's probably 290. The difference is he looks to have about 6 or 7 percent body fat. Most guys at his position are carrying less muscle and all of them are carrying more fat. Discussing his weight is pointless with this perspective.

Same with his height. It doesn't matter either. When he stands on his heart he is 12 feet tall.

I got emotional watching that.

I can relate to his outlook of having to outwork everyone which is why he's such a great fit with McVay.

That said, don't be too upset if our offense is a little off in the beginning of early team workouts since it's been a couple of years since we've had him in there.

One thing's for sure... Brian Allen and Joe Noteboom are going to be baptized in fire all off-season...
