He doesn't have nipples.
Look again. This must be the answer... I mean think about it. It's a game of inches and he is missing approx .30 inches (×2) of protruding unnecessary flesh for O linemen to grab him by. This is why Donald can squeeze between double-teams like no one else.
Lets keep this between us. It's a copycat league after all.
