Farr was one of my favorites from that time period. It's a shame his knees couldn't take it anymore after that 99 season. Glad he got that super bowl before they gave out. Hopefully Donald's career goes far longer than Farr's did.

I don't know if this has been posted yet or if I should've started another thread, but another example of Donald losing his cool today, and post-game no less. He needs to get it together, we need him out there.

Outside of those 60 minutes, that's what you call an assault and premeditated at that. Wtf!

as long as he doesnt get suspended im cool with it. im sure hes getting really tired of being held all the time and not getting a flag, and then having to deal with them talking shit as if they blocked him. i understand his frustrations and if he wants to get it out in a way that wont effect the team so be it

A slowish start to the season, but he is on fire now.

I hope he doesn't get penalised for that end of game shoving match.
Britt certainly wound him up and taunted him in game.

AD99 having perhaps the greatest season a DT has ever had. Stay healthy. And no more of those post game antics. .

Throw in mention for Larry Brooks, who "unofficially" had 14.5 sacks in the 1976 season.

While those things are probably frustrating for him, what set him off this time was the cheap shot the Seahag took on him when he was already out of bounds. The guy shoved him in the back and pushed him over, while he was slowing down and obviously unprepared for it. Given all the crap on your average NFL sideline, he could easily have fallen over/into something/somebody and seriously injured himself. I don't suppose the officials' bullshit calls of no intentional grounding and offsetting penalties calmed him down any. I don't think he should have gone looking for the guy after the game (certainly not in front of the tv cameras) but he had even more provocation than usual.

Higbee has a mic'd up video from a prior game where he gets hit late or out of bounds and he tells the cornerback or safety on the other team who hit him "I owe you one". Then towards the end of the game, he delivers a crushing blow on the guy away from the play, and tells him "I owed you one" and the guys says "I know" and they were cool.
I think this team takes extreme pride in pay back for cheap shots. This incident sends a message to the entire league that I will hunt you down and get even, during the post game if I have to, so just don't do it. We don't condone it, but Donald felt so disrespected about it, that it had to be done.
