I think we lose that game.

This is why I wrote the satirical post that McVay (after being up 17-0 on the Whiners in week 18) purposely lost so the 9ers would take care of Dallas and GB for us. I called it "Next level coaching".

Well, even though it was a joke, it actually has worked out "pretty good"...

I don't think we would have won in GB. I went to the game there this year and they controlled us on the ground and no way we cover Adams in NFCCG. Glad it worked out the way it did.

Hey Packfan18! Good hearing from you again. I really enjoyed our chats we had a couple years ago. You’re always welcome on this site. And FYI, my dad’s still doing OK, and yup, three generations of Ram fans (Pop, my boy, and me) whooped it up big time in our house when we beat the Dirty Niners.

As for your question, I’m not sure we would have won at Lambeau, hate to say.

Stay safe, buddy!

Could have gone either way. Packers are a tough matchup for the Rams, but Rams are talented enough to beat them.

No idea.
The defense has stepped up a ton and Stafford isn’t throwing pick 6s and fumbling,
Woulda been a hell of a game.

I'm thinking it would have been an even match. The Rams have shifted into a higher gear in the playoffs, defensively. Stafford to Kupp connection will not be denied and OBJ is doing freaky good OBJ things on the field. The physicality of the team last Sunday was pretty incredible. I was glad the Niners played the Packers first, to soften them up.....I think we win, but who really knows?

Nobody can answer that question with any degree of certainty.

I think what was lost in the media is the Rams were still improving going into the playoffs. Guys were still learning routes and defensive schemes. We will still be getting better physically and mentally heading into the Super Bowl.

Still though, it was damn cold there in GB. I know nobody wanted to play there on the frozen tundra.

I wish you the best. I have a few Packers fans; I hope you will all pull for us to win the game. See you next year.

You guys think we could have beaten you in the NFC Championship Game had we gotten past the 49ers?
I thought you guys were the best team last year but that TD to Scotty Miller right before halftime and then the Aaron Jones fumble to start the second half sealed your all's fate.
