I like Chris Paul more than Mond. He seems to be much better is pass coverage

Watching the Eagles makes me wonder if the Rams might just take a stud DT up top, then add the corner and ILB thereafter. Imagine a top threat added to what we already have up front. Exciting to think about boy.

Only real 1st round NT I see is Grant from Michigan and he's a monster. Walter Nolen could be as well though I think the projections around him are scattered between 3t and 1t nobody really seems to agree. But Grant in between Fiske and Turner would be filthy.

As for day 2 CB there are a handful that could be 3rd round picks and be our CB1 from day 1.

Not saying this because he's a Michigan prospect but Grant is fucking ridiculous and extremely destructive up front. You pair him with our other front 4 starters that is a real problem for opposing offenses! Who you double teaming?

Grant is very stout on the run, will help with tush push situations for critical 4th and 3rd and short situations. Also is a pretty good pass rusher and if the team has a average to below average Center they are in trouble because you won't be able to generally chip or double him with our other front 4.

Absolutely love this idea.

If we find a quality LB to pair with Speights that has range in coverage then we'll have a pretty damned good front 7 and anti-run D. We'll just need to find at least one quality CB then and this f'n D will be on a new level.

Problem is Our O needs some love to. Really debating which way to go with these two. We need a legit quality swing OT, TE, WR, maybe two if they trade or release Kupp.

I see rankings as high as 10 for him from some places. Too early to tell but yeah that would be a great result.

Holy shit really? I haven't seen that yet... but as you said it all is shit for everybody outside of the obvious Top 20 type of prospects. This is going to be a fun Post Season/Offseason.

15-20 is the normal range but one or two people, and who knows their credibility, have had him higher. But yeah I think 1st round is going to be where we have to get him.

Here's a completely unrealistic trade down but they offered it and IMO option #2 behind Grant.
