If you have the NFC Championship Game on tape and watch it, you will see that Nick Bosa lined-up exclusively on the left-side of the Defense. Bosa was over Havenstein on every snap he was in the game. Seriously, every snap. He was not over Whitworth for a single play.

Honestly, I'm not trying to be a Dick here.
We have a poster who insists on stating his opinions as facts; and it makes me a little crazy because some of his statements are just not factually accurate.

I'm no authority but I am a little maniacal. I have watched the NFC Championship Game too many times to be considered normal. In fact, I SO DO NOT want to be the guy who thinks his opinions are facts that I just spent 15 minutes fast forwarding through all the Rams' offensive plays in that Game before posting this reply.

I don't have the other two 2021 Rams/Niner games on tape because I re-watch losses once or twice and then erase them. Like I said above ... Maniacal. Maybe Bosa was over Whitworth in the two Regular Season losses but then why wouldn't the Niners play him at all on the right-side in the NFC Championship? And, of course, the 49ers could game-plan Bosa on the right against Noteboom next Monday.
I don't care enough to go look tbh. I simply think Bosa is a bad matchup for Boom so I expect Bosa will line up plenty on the blindside.

Wait a second! You don't want to completely waste 15-20 minutes of your life!! That's Insane!!!

I think Nick Bosa is a bad match-up for any NFL Offensive Tackle.

By-the-way, when flying through the game-tape to confirm my point that Bosa was exclusively on the left-side in the NFC Championship Game, it was obvious that on most pass-plays, there was a TE next to Havenstein to chip-on-Bosa. It was mostly Blanton because Higbee went-down in the first quarter.

OK. So you can 'Cherry Pick' one game (the Bill's game) to make your point but I can't "Cherry Pick' one game (Bucs' game) to make my point. Got It.

I think it was Socrates who said 'He who Cherry Picks alone, is truly a lonely man'.

Maybe it wasn't Socrates. Plato! Yes, definitely Plato.
Still 2.4 yards per carry isn’t great. I know it’s the entire Oline but none stood Pitt in that effort

Yeah which is usually the case on the right, and why it is synonymous with strong side. That right side maybe was the matchup rat boy wanted.

I was trying to remember the last game where Whit struggled with Bosa. Might have been the previous year idk. Or maybe earlier in the season, as we got trucked pretty good in game one. They sort of went back and forth with both winning, but the list of guys who gave Whit problems is small and Bosa is on it. Whit's only real weakness was power, and even that he could often adjust to.

Also I have not looked at their depth chart and all that, so not sure what's been going on with their ends. I fucking hate them so refuse to waste time watching their shitty film. Can barely rewatch our games vs them, because usually we're struggling with their physicality which pisses me off even when we win.

So we have been disagreeing on what we have seen ... where Bosa has previously lined-up against the Rams.

I re-watch these games like a Crazy Person; and you admit you DON'T re-watch these same games. OK

I can understand the soft zone at times but on 3rd and short, have the corners up in the face of the WR. At least the Rams can force Jimmy Gag to throw the ball in less than 3 seconds but if your corner is 10 yards back on 3rd and 2, it's too easy and doesn't allow Jimmy Gag to make mistakes that he is prone to when there is pressure.

Even backup corners should be able to blanket a receiver for 3 seconds (or is that asking for too much?)
