I think it's insane that we not only scored 28 points in the 2nd quarter....even more impressive. the 28 points came with 10 or so minutes left in the 2nd quarter when the beat down commenced.....

I love that we caught fire but we need to start faster because if you're playing Arizona or another top team, you could be down double digit points with a slow start. That's not good come playoff time.

I think McVay will get it worked out. Seems like Stafford is streaky. He misses a bit then gets red hot and is unstoppable at times but we need a little more consistency if we want to be around at the end of the season.

On the plus side, the Thursday game was almost like a bye week (after winning) then we get the real bye in week 11.

Assuming we handle the whiners and even out the rematch with Arizona, we can expect a deep run in the playoffs.

Does McVay hate the Giants coach ? Did anyone notice right before halftime with what 17 seconds left, up BIG TIME and the Rams are throwing it deep trying for more points in a blowout.
We have all seen McVay run it up the middle in close games right before the half when we needed points.
If that was Belicheat, someone McVay respects he would not have slung it around right before halftime.
Did you notice McVay getting all pissed at Stafford when he threw the Int as time ran out ??

IMO, there's no running up the score before halftime.

I was watching the Houston Buffalo playoff game back in the 90's where Houston was up 35-3 at one time and winded up losing the game. I believe you kick the opponent when they are down, but not late in the 4th quarter.

Okay, Lewis is winning me over. Not only with his play but mostly because he is showing that he can stay healthy enough to be a consistent contributor. His health was always the only concern from his fanbase. Kudos to Lewis and Reggie and his stellar crew.

Another encouraging thing with Lewis; he was on the field late in this game.

If he was being seriously nursed along, hobbled, etc… they would have pulled him.

So, I am reading into that; his health must be good right now.
