Any info on Whit?

Left tackle Andrew Whitworth limped to the locker room in the second quarter to undergo further medical testing on an injured left knee. The Rams list him as questionable to return, but with a 28-10 lead, it’s a safe bet Whitworth won’t play again today.

The Rams replaced him with Joseph Noteboom.

The good news for Whitworth is the Rams will get a first-round bye with a win, giving him two weeks to get back.

Goff needs to get his edge back in the 2nd half for the playoffs. It's the only thing I don't like about getting a bye. Goff needs to get back into a groove. I don't know if a week off helps or hurts him. It appeared to hurt him during the season.

That's what I love about the bye. I like giving Goff and McVay an extra week to work out the kinks.

Now remember guys, that announcer said the whiners were right back in this game after their only touchdown.

I'm really nervous because of that.

I have to say that Noteboom is doing a good job in pass protection. Whit is Whit. We need him, but Noteboom is giving us a glimpse at our future, and I'm feeling good about it.

Yeah, and then he thought Goff was lucky Sherman wasn't ready for that pass out of bounds or it could of been a Pick 6. RIGHT>>>>>>>>>>>

Again, this is the #10 defense in the NFL in yards per game.

Seahawks' system is great at slowing the pass game. 9ers play a "little sister" version of it, with lesser talent at key spots, but yeah it's still a scheme that can punish QBs badly particularly when they get a little bit of pressure.

Jared's missed some passes today I would have preferred he made. But his biggest mistakes have been not being able to anticipate some blitzers on a few of those downs, as well as that forced timeout due to him not managing the play clock. Had they managed to keep that last timeout it might have meant 4 more points.

He's learning though. This is why fans gotta quit trying to crown the kid and enjoy an elite QB's early/building years.

Spielman was annoying me early, but he's at least setting the guy straight. Goff threw that ball away. It was the right call. Buckner was coming for him if he held it.

Personally I think we need to rest some guys. One guy in particular that I always worry about is Cooks. He takes a lot of hits to the Head, I know he has that special helmet but he needs it. I would sit him now

As the Rams only got a field goal there, I'm surprised the commentator didn't wank himself silly and say the 49ers are still in the game.
He said Wank. Lol

He's short and he lowers his head during hits. It's a recipe for disaster.

The announcers are doing what they're paid to do, keep the viewers from changing the channel even if they have to lie. What are they gonna say? "Hey this game was over in the first quarter, no point in watching this dumpster fire any longer."

"... unless you're a Rams fan. You'll love this shit."
