Right now I am semi-hating McVay....I HATE LOSING TO THE NINERS ALMOST MORE THAN ANYTHING
Loyal, I think of today as a glorified practice for the Rams.
Today makes me love McVay even more, he’s showing yet again how we finally have a smart coach who is staying a couple steps ahead of everyone else.
Our RT today is Cornelius Lucas. Brilliant!

Well, I'm bored. Johnny Hekker finally gets a chance to remind everyone he's still the best.

Even if we don't I'd rather have health then win a usless game with important injurys
Beating the Niners has more meaning than you realize...records aside and playoffs aside...But then I grew up with this rivalry in SoCal, so..

We need to generate some offense if nothing else to test Ficken.

Response: "Go find a Browns fan dude, I'm busy preparing for the playoffs."
He bet me during the first matchup for $20 that the Niners would win, $10 the Rams wouldn’t have more than 3 sacks, and an additional $10 that the 49ers would sack Goff 3 or more times. He was so confident too because of 2016. I was happy to take his money which I subsequently brought to the casino, with another $120 of my own cash, and left the craps table with $350. Fun bet.

but it is....bragging rights by nasty stinking Niners fans all off season...That IS abominable!

Bragging rights for what? We won the NFC West. We beat them when our starters were playing. We won 11 games. Even if they win today, they're 6-10. Let them brag. They haven't accomplished anything.

Tis all good, but with these non starters we still need to put up some points.

This 49er team is going to be a lot better next year - lots of picks and cap space, though their qb is going to command some big bucks. Rams have haven't had any luck with being in a weak division in a long time - Seattle's been tough for a long time, Arizona was good for a solid span, and now maybe a much improved SF squad. Be nice to have a few easy divisional games like Pitts or NE (must be tough playing Browns twice a year or take your pick Jets/Bills/Dolphins).

Also I really hate how much louder the cheers are for the Niners. There’s a ton of away fans.

Hate when people say I don't get it because I wasn't there. So what am I not getting other then you would rather possibly see goff gurley woods watkins kupp Donald or many others Injured just to see a usless win?

Not gonna lie, was hoping to see a little more from Mannion. Hopefully as he settles down he'll be a little more accurate.

Me too. But hey, first big game for him when it matters, maybe he's just got some jitters. Let McVay adjust it up and let's see how he balls through the rest of the game.

One good thing is, once again, the protections have been good behind this backup OL.
