Well, if I were homeless I would certainly try to find a place like Diego weather wise.
Mt Helix was always the place I wanted to end up or where I lived in Sunset Cliffs....great areas.

Now that's what I'm talking about. I have solar and its a life saver as far as the electric bill goes. All we pay is the service fee from our electric company and maybe a lil on top if we go overboard, but nothing anywhere near what is being discussed.

No, I bought mine outright so I own them. You can also do a lease which I imagine has payments but you don't own your solar panels. I was not a fan of the leasing part as the sales pitch is it'll save you the upfront cost but I obviously wanted zero to do with the company past installation.

Don't they usually do this just before TC starts, or am I misremembering?
