Our 2nd Best Uniform in our History, IMHO.
They're not great in an "every week" sense, but they should definitely be our Alternates behind the 73-99 version of our Blue/Yellows.

Go to google. Enter the name of the LA RAM. At top of screen, click on images of said RAM. Pick one you like. Double click to open it. If it is a jpeg, that is the format that works. Save it to your PC. In RAMS Talk, click on attach files. Pull up your location where you've saved it on your PC (Desktop, documents, downloads). Double click the file title that you've saved the image as. Presto.

I'm high on this kid, we reeally need some sideline-to-sideline speed:
but this guy... wore the jersey from '78 to '91, made the pro bowl 6 consecutive years from '84 to '89. I guess he was pretty good? lol.

I was disappointed when six-time Pro Bowler Rich Saul retired after 1981 and would be replaced by an undrafted four-year back-up in Doug Smith that looked a little small to me. Then Smith became a ten-year, rock-solid-center, with six Pro Bowls of his own.
By-the-way, years earlier I was also disappointed when another solid ten-year starting center (Ken Iman) retired and was replaced by another back-up ... Rich Saul!
I believe Saul was a back-up OL for five years before he took-over. Shit, that was more common back then. Jackie Slater didn't start until his fourth season ... and that was because of an injury.

#55... got quite a few Ram notables:
^^wore this # for 4 years then switched to #80.
Carl Eckern wore #55 for 12 (!) seasons. Pro Bowl & 2nd team all-pro in '86.
Here's another great Ram LB!! THEE J.Lau from THEE Ohio State:
Sadly he never got even a PB nod, but he was mired in the Ray Lewis era.
But, welcome our newest #55 (yes I'm skipping Brian Allen), the KINGPIN:
3RD in AP ROY voting. Here's hoping for more great things this season.
