So I got that they all need to stack days with intentionality and be the best versions of themselves.

It's pretty entertaining listening to them and seeing how McVay is sinking into them right down to hearing them using his verbiage that we all have heard so much over the years.

It also seems that they whole defense is kind of geeked up at the possibility of AD returning while also making sure to add that it is totally his decision and he should do what is right for AD and his family. Inside it seems that everyone I've seen asked the question is thinking "Dude. Get your ass in here".

You can see Scheelchaase will be a coach next year. I am sure that was in their calculations in regards to the picks they gave in of these trades. He is very impressive on how he handles questions. Must be a great interview and he has the resume to go along with it.

They also need to be where their feet are and stay in the present.

Title change makes sense but I suspect it won't leave the top of the page until OTAs are over. Sticky shouldn't be necessary.

I hope Simpson doesn't do a Stetson and take a year off. The kid sounds like he is under a lot of pressure.

Just kidding, but the kid does seem like he is nervously cramming for a final...which is a good thing.
