I think Whitt has met expectations. It's just some people had slightly outsized expectations for him once he got a little success. He is what he is. I think he's a useful 4th receiver who can back up most receiver spots, add some blocking and even running to team but miscast as a 3rd WR or a regular at F.
I checked over at OTC; and, as Schefter wrote, the cap savings could approach $30M. However, the Dead-$ could be almost $60M unless some is pushed into 2027 by designating Chubb and/or Hill post-June cuts.

Hope he's healthier than he's been in years. Not sure what this means really. He might be just laughing at what experts keep pairing him to? Who knows.
