Um I would trade down and get another 2nd round pick and go with the best receiver on the trade down and then ponds and then an ILB in the second and maybe an OT in the 3rd round - and we good

After that just depth depth and even more depth plus a couple special teamers
Yeah, I want another top 75 pick, so unless Simone falls in theur lap at 13 that was supposed to go much earlier, I trade back of possible, maybe a couple of times, and take the best WR/TE/pass rusher available. Or maybe a LB like CJ Allen.

Why? Hasn’t Tyson been hurt often?

Yes. I get why people want him. He is clearly the most talented receiver in this class, and some are willing to look past/downplay his injury history, or even go as far as justifying his injuries…and while I think he’s talented, I don’t think he’s that talented. Missing 48% of eligible games is not something I’m willing to risk a top 15 pick on. We may never have that high of a pick again under McVay

In all seriousness there's rumors that Lemon bombed his team interviews during the combine, and judging from his podium time I don't doubt there's at least some truth to them.

Couple that with the fact we already have the league's best slot wideout, and it seems unlikely Lemon will be the choice.

I hope we pick up Sneed. How cool would it be to have 3 Kansas City Chiefs Cornerbacks that are all 2-time Super Bowl champs

Also it would eliminate a 1st-round need at corner and allow us to take best skill position player or D line, or Simpson If McSnead is so inclined......

“I’ve circled the wagons on the Makai Lemon combine interviews,” Wittmore wrote. “At this time, I can confirm that 4 teams have taken Lemon off their board due to his interview with the team. The teams were not disclosed.”

IDK, in this interview nothing jumps out to me besides if I drank a shot for every time Lemon said "You Know." I would have been under the influence early, however, many people do that. Lemon is durable, breaks tackles and loves the game, I can find some nerdy kid to hang around him to improve his speech.

He'll be fine so I'll keeping saying its Tyson. His impressive tape says it all.
I am not fine with this.

Jordyn Tyson’s four-year college career (2022–2025) was heavily impacted by injuries, causing him to miss approximately 33% to 48% of his games. A major 2022 multi-ligament knee injury (ACL, MCL, PCL) was followed by a 2024 broken collarbone and a 2025 nagging hamstring issue.

48%.

Enough said.

It's the nagging hamstring issue in combo with the knee injury that bothers me. Sometimes bodies are just fragile and nagging soft tissue injuries give that vibe.

Doesn't matter if you are or aren't buddy, he's gonna be the pick (typing this with my chest puffed out) so you'll learn to like it! :laugh2: ....... I understand the injuries being cited but the biggest injury is from 4 years ago! He's obviously past that. The other injury is literally the most common broken bone in the human body and a nagging hamstring injury that anyone can have. The most I recent injuries are nowhere near career altering so I'm more than comfortable with drafting him if his medicals check out. Hands down the best WR in this draft to me.
