Thought is he will be gone before their pick.
Most teams ahead of them have bigger needs. And if you take him in the top 5 you're basically paying a rookie top running back money. It'll be interesting to see if that scares teams away.

IMO, it's doubtful he would have even made it to the Chiefs selection.
Love still not lasting to 13, IMHO.

I would do the trade up to get him.
I think many teams ahead of us are either not in a position to take Love over premium positions (or end to like Jeanty) or already have a back they can prioritize. I think it's unlikely, but I don't think it's all that impossible.

Why does everyone think Alec Pierce and his 59 yard a game average are so great?
In-part ...

37-year-old Matt Ryan in the final year of his career
Sam Ehlinger
Nick Foles ... also in the final year of his career
Gardner Minshew
Anthony Richardson
39-year-old Joe Flacco
44-year-old Phillip Rivers
Riley Leonard

... and Daniel Jones

Jeremiah Love is a Hall-of-Fame level Running Back. Much like Saquon Barkley going SECOND in 2018, Love has ZERO chance of falling out of Top 10. I do anything I can to get Love, even if I still have Kyren and Corum on the roster and I figure it out later.

We get Love on a Rookie deal to go with 3 more good years of Stafford we ARE pocketing a Super Bowl at least.

I agree. And I like the idea of saving Stafford's arm a little by having a duo who can combine for 30 carries when needed.

3. Turds - They would be fools to take a RB
4. Titans - same as above, but more possible IMO
5. Giants - Fools since they just drafted a good one and have another good young back, but possible
6. Browns - no chance
7. Commodes - Real chance, much bigger needs though
8. Saints - Real chance, bigger needs though
9. KC - nope
10. Bengals - I could actually see this but they desperately need ANY D help.
11. Dolphins - Very unlikely unless Achane moved
12. Cowboys - Just resigned Javonte and need help on D badly.

I'd say there is a 30% shot he's there at our pick.

Any guesses on which Ram leaves the herd first?

Guessing Garrapolo since a team will want their QB nailed down if in fact Arizona wants him.
