You know, I tuned into a Miami game this past fall looking to see actually how good this Bain guy was.
I came away being more impressed with Mesidor.
I felt the same slightly.
However, the big difference here is: one guy is 25 and the other is only 21.
Also, i Mesidor only did well this past season along side Bain. He struggled when Bain was out prior to this year due to injury. Whereas Bain was awesome his freshman year (without Mesidor).

Good question because it takes forever for them to get thru the draft picks in round 1. Didn't they decrease the amount of time teams have to pick too?

Guess trades would slow it down a little bit but, not too long ago, the time between picks in Round One was 15 minutes; and, back in the Olden Days of Yore, there was No Time Limit ... Yikes.

I get the talent but a 10+ year career for a RB is not the norm. Kid is about to turn 21 - I’d say there a chance he makes it to 31 but “absolutely?” Am I off here?
I see a lot of buzz about Bain to the rams. IMO there is no chance in hell Bain makes it to 13. Taking him would require a trade up, at a position we are kinda strong at, I'm not so sure we do it. If he somehow falls, sprint up to that podium though.

Mesidor was the beneficiary of Bain constantly being double teamed.
Mesidor is fantastic as well, he will be a solid player in the NFL.
Only issue I have with Mesidor is his age; he's twenty-five already.
But all the while, I wouldn't mind Bain (if his careless driving incidents have been heavily scrutinized and the Rams feel comfortable in taking him at #13) or Mesidor after a slight trade down; they're both great players.

Grabbing one of the 3 big edge rushers would not be a bad way to go - get a premium player at a premium position.

The careless driving incident resurfacing almost seemed like a play to get his stock to fall.
It happened 2 years ago, he was never charged. I get it though.
Him on our d-line would be great. Considering he can slide inside as well.
Honestly I’m just excited for draft night, really hoping for a WR, but happy if a premium talent falls to us like Downs, Love, Mauigoa, etc.
