This is why Concepcion is so intriguing to me. Hell of a punter returner but they didn't have him returning kicks for whatever reason.

One possible projection is Special Teams specialist

No 5'-9" , 175 pounders anywhere on this roster anymore.
Too many big, strong and fast players to choose from in today's NFL, and the little guy just always ends up getting beat by them, no matter how fast they are.
