  • Seattle Seahawks: 64 (R2), 96 (R3)
Rounds 2–3 coverage starts tonight at 7:00 PM ET

Todd McShay (who called the Simpson pick) said the team was heavily scouting 2nd round WRs and said to look for either Bama's Germie Bernard or Mississippi's De'Zhaun Stribling tonight.
Bernard is not seeing 61. The Rams do like to draft teammates however, so it would be on brand.

Receivers I would like tonight (at 61 or 93 - not necessarily in order):
  • Denzel Boston
  • Zach Branch
  • Chris Bell
  • Chris Brazzell
  • Ja'Kobi Lane
  • Malichi Fields
  • Germie Bernard
  • Elijah Sarrett
  • Antonio Williams
  • Skyler Bell
  • Ted Hurst
  • Stribling

If they somehow come out of today with one of these guys and another guy who can play this year if needed (ILB, OT3, CB3), I will try and get over my disappointment from Round One (whether or not Simpson is a good pick I will leave up to smarter people than me, but he sure wasn't who I wanted).

Ridiculously incredible draft for me tonight would be trading up (using next year's draft capital) and getting Jacob Rodriguez, then sticking at 93 and picking Sarrett, Hurst, Stribling or Williams.

Be interesting where we go at 61.
Good day for a WR selection with return ability.

The WR crew is questionable and shaky but when you include the young very good RB's & TE's in that now larger crew RECIEVER room.... it looks far better.

Snead has 3 young highly talented RB's who were used sparingly as receivers....

Kyren Williams
Blake Corum
Jarquez Hunter (is the fastest of the 3)

.....its a missing highly underused offensive part of the playbook IMO

The TE room is one of the best, well blended in the NFL in 2026:

Tyler Higbee 33
Colby Parkinson 27
Davis Allen 25
Terrance Ferguson 23
Mark Redman 24

Snead has a "bunched up crew" of WR's.... 3 of which were drafted (Whittington (6th)- Mumpfield (7th) -Scott(4th). I was not happy with any of those. I did like what I saw of Tru Edwards & Brennan Presley in pre-season. Mario Williams is unknown.

Very good chance today we will see an attempt by Snead to replace the speed element (Atwell) into this room. Tutu Atwell who was a top draft pick was awful waste of $$$ & roster spots for half a decade. Leaving a bad taste in my mouth.:sick2:

Lots of great options, and in fact, if we walk away tonight with one of these WR's, a stud coverage ILB, and/or a swing OT I'd say we killed it in the draft.
certified All-Pro CB / future QB1 / WR3-KR / coverage ILB or swing OT
^^that there is a killer '26 Rams draft.
The draft starts in the 2nd round tonight! (We should be used to that ;)

Receivers I would like tonight (at 61 or 93 - not necessarily in order):

  • Chris Bell
  • Chris Brazzell

I'd be over the moon with one of these WR's and Rodriguez. We will somehow have to acquire 1 or 2 OT's still however, which does have me concerned. I have to assume they have a plan for this with what we currently have on the roster.

Hopefully ESPN/NFL will be more on top of the picks tonight. Was deplorable last night being 2-3 picks behind
Yes. HATED it. I went to ESPN to look at the best available players left and they had 3 picks input into the board that hadn't yet been announce. Ridiculous for those that don't want spoilers to be that far behind.

My imaginary day two draft board

Germie Bernard, WR, Alabama
DeZhaun Stribling, WR, Ole Miss
Deion Burks, WR, Oklahoma
Derrick Moore, EDGE, Michigan
Jaishawn Barham, EDGE, Michigan
Kyle Louis, LB/Nickel, Pittsburgh
Jake Golday, LB, Cincinnati

I really hope they can slide down somehow and pick up an extra 4th and/or 5th rounder.
