SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York pleaded no contest to criminal charges after being arrested on suspicion of engaging in prostitution in Ohio over the weekend, according to court documents.

The State of Ohio amended the one count of engaging in prostitution to a disorderly conduct charge before York pleaded no contest on Monday. He was also convicted of possessing criminal tools.

York, whose legal name is John Edward York, was arrested Sunday morning at the Wheat Hill Mobile Home Community in East Palestine, Ohio, a police incident report stated. The East Palestine Police Department was assisting the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force in the arrest of 46-year-old York. He was booked into Columbiana County Jail.

Maybe straight people are harder to find in SF so he had to go to Ohio for it. Maybe he shoulda lived by this motto: "The good hand of solitude will ease your burden".

Yeah, inquiring minds want to know. Google says it can be almost anything if it was used in illegal activities. So could be as simple as his cellphone for using it to book a prostitution hookup? maybe? Idk, but the wording leads a lot more to the imagination.

My thought is that it's possibly something like BDSM objects or something to bind the prostitutes (rope, tape, etc. Don't know if it's for a sick roleplay of some kind or more malicious reasons.)...but then again, I write very dark fiction, so that's where my thoughts are going.
