Yeah gotta agree it feels like he'll be the dude at RT. So Hav will probably hit the market. And they likely draft an OT at some point as well.

OT feels a bit weak this year at the top just looking at the ratings on the options. Not sure of the depth of the class though, haven't really watched them.

What absolute CLASS shown by Kurt. The question of who the best Ram quarterback is is close enough with Kurt being right in there but he has the honesty and class to give it to Matt. Hang this man's jersey in SoFi!
But Stetson Bennett is wearing that number. No WAY you take that number from Stetson!

No way I'd retire Kurt's jersey. I appreciate what he did with our team, respect everything he stands for too. But I'm not gonna lock up a number for him. Fuck that.

Also I'm not a big fan of retiring numbers anyway. I like very much that if a player wants to wear the number of a Rams Hall of Famer then by God he'd better live up to it. The team could give that old player the nod too by requiring the kid to ask his permission.

I'd retire Torry's, AD's, and maybe Orlando's numbers...but that's about it. Unlike the Blues (who have real issues with retiring numbers that I think should be honored, but never retired), I have no issues with any of the numbers the Rams have retired, and I'd have no issues with Torry's, AD's, and Orlando's (personally, I would have Big O say who gets his number 76) numbers being retired, but that's about it. Even S-Jax doesn't get that honor until he's in the Hall, and even then, it's a little dicey; I'd rather just honor the player, not retire the number.

As for Kurt? He's a Cardinal. I'll always think of him more as a Cardinal than a Ram, and he thinks the same way as well. Honor 13, put him in the Ring of Fame, but never retire it.

If he keeps up the current level of play.. do the Rams pencil him in as next year's starter at RT?
It would probably significantly increase his ranking of 2027 free agents to be extended with the team.
Right behind Puka and perhaps slightly below or tied with Byron Young.

Yes, extend McClendon for RT for 26 and beyond. With Atlanta's pick IF we are not going Quarterback i want a "toy" for Stafford. Thats a top stud WR or RB ala Jeremiah Love. Dont necessarily think CB is needed with our late 1st Round pick either. Forbes is a damn find and Durant has shown out as a player in this League.

CB need largely depends on who they resign or sign this offseason. Durant is a free agent as is Curl, Lake, Witherspoon, and McCreary.

Where do you have Turner and Avila in this ranking?
