Yes, Good ol' Dempsey, with his straight on style. Couldn't criticize him, though for fear of the backlash from stub-shaming.

I liked Lansford, too. Maybe the first kicker I felt like I could trust. But with the barefoot, his range was a bit limited it seems. Not much beyond 50. We are pretty spoiled these days, truth be told.

I actually think Lansford went barefoot, just to prove he wasn't some stubby, footless freak like Dempsey! :hiding:
Speaking of Lansford he kicked the last barefoot field goal. Our current kicker should do it once

Then Septein got busted for being a pedophile while in Dallas. I always wondered if the Rams knew he had issues because it was a surprise when they moved him.
He was in Dallas for 10 years before his arrest and only was a Ram for one year. I cant imagine there's any connection there. They drafted local kid from UCLA. Btw, is Corral the last guy to be full time punter and kicker?

Wow. I never heard that. When I was a child (7th grade) I went to football camp, which was held at the Cowboys training camp. Septein gave our group a lecture one day and then we all got to take pictures with him. I still have the picture. Finding this out just ruined one of my childhood memories. Sad!

Yeah, I forget the timeline...I just remember him getting busted...but that sounds about right. He wasn't in LA long.

Highly drafted QB with injury concerns going into the season that could derail their career.
Umm, ok but the article is not saying that it's injury that's derailing Richardson career, its that he's a bust and is likely losing his job to Daniel Jones
Luck on the other hand was a complete stud for them and sadly had to hang them up because of the beating he took
They really arent comparable

The last time I experience "stub shaming" was the 7th grade PE locker room.....

He ended up having to pay a $2,000 fine and got probation.
Pleaded the charge down, meaning, it was (likely) either a weak case or the person was on the cusp of adulthood and consenting.
Either way, reading up about it, he tried to come back to the NFL after receiving no prison time, but, no one would sign him thankfully.
Bad luck for him he waste a QB I guess.....

Agree to disagree I guess lol don’t really care how good they are but both were/are supposed to be the future. If AR does lose his job to Jones then his starting days are most likely over. And injuries will have a lot to do with that.

Luck was the starter for 6 seasons, took them to the playoffs 4 times winning 4 games, went to 4 Pro Bowls and was a comeback player of the year. Unfortunately had to retire because of his injuries.
Richardson is just a bust of a pick who may bounce around the league a bit before he finally calls it quits
Its like saying John Wolford was another Kurt Warner
