Assuming the Rams don’t trade their draft picks - I want the R1 and 2 R3 picks to go towards offense (WR, TE, OT, maybe even RB1). R4-R6 can be used to flesh out the defense. Give the “Assassin” all the weapons he needs for the next 2 years to lead an offense that scores 30+ points every frickin’ game.
They traded the round 2 pick during last years draft, so they can move up and pick Fiske. It sucks not having a second rounder this year but I'd wager that if Fiske was in this years draft, then he'd be chosen in round 1. So it was a good trade imo.

I think he's saying use the 2 round 3 picks on offense not the 2 and 3 round picks. He just left out a "the" between the 2 and R3.

Not sure I follow, I think the reasoning for Poona is that it allows them to continue with their strategy to go cheap at ILB and that Poona will make it easier to get by with substandard LBs.

Not that I agree with that strategy.
guess that makes sense if they want the NT to tie up double teams and duo blocks to protect the ILB's. However, if they're concerned about stopping the 5 - 40yd and longer TD runs in 2 games versus the Eagles, then they will need ILB's with better range. Because, I think all 5 of the runs ended going outside past the Tackle. They did not go through the middle. There was no containment by the OLB and no pursuit by the ILB. Speights stayed pretty clean on those runs, from what I remember, and did not have the range to make a difference.

Los Angeles Rams

The Rams' wins are twofold. They probably got better. Two of their division rivals might have gotten worse.

A month ago, we didn't know if Matthew Stafford would be back with the Rams. After all the posturing, he returned. And he'll be throwing to Davante Adams, who might not still be at the peak of his powers but showed late last season he's still good. The Rams cut Cooper Kupp, who is a franchise legend, but for 2025, Adams is the better player.

Meanwhile, the San Francisco 49ers took some hits. They traded Deebo Samuel Sr. and lost players like Dre Greenlaw, Aaron Banks and Talanoa Hufanga in free agency without adding much. Brandon Aiyuk has also been (again) the subject of trade rumors. It's hard to see how they're better. The Seattle Seahawks might be better if Sam Darnold is a big upgrade over Geno Smith, but that's no sure thing. And moving on from DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett thins out a receiving corps that was a strength of the team.

The Rams won the NFC West last season. They look like a good bet to do it again.

My guess is Patriots or Jags. But sounds like Kupp is most interested in West Coast.
Before this all started in February I thought Pats and Vegas but with Gladstone in Jacksonville and a Trevor Lawerence they need to get their shit together for him I’d fully expect him there like you said. That or the Cowboys for Dak as he needs all the help he can get.

A weird one no one talks about to is Houston. They lost a WR already for the season. That makes sense for Kupp to anchor a WR room there for their QB.

I'm all on board with this as the offense is the unit that had struggles last season, however, we need to sign a CB first then I will feel good about a offense heavy draft.
