This season is just not going well for the Lions. They seem to have gotten a flat tire and no spare! Feels like they're toast.
I said before the season started that losing Ragnow would really hurt the Lions chances this year.

Pressure up the middle kills Goff and he has not been the same this year without Ragnow.

Hope Shula sees that an exploits it when we play them.

And hope Poona is 100% because they can run and that would be a great way to keep JG clean.

My fear is that if Poona can't go and the huge DT on the practice squad isn't elevated (and can play) that Lions game might be ugly.
And I really don't like any LBs trying to cover Gibbs either. Dolac might be the best option, but I doubt they use him.

Ragnow lmao. Too bad they noted the hammy on the physical. He probably had planned to pull it in stretching. No retirement check for you.

And losing his DC.

Yeah, their running game is what scares me, especially Gibbs. If he gets rolling it's going to be a long day for our D. Just hope Poona's limited snaps this week give him a chance to recover.

He will head back to Philly if he has anything left. Or maybe he goes back to Detroit?

I disagree on the DWill being awful part. He's been average, not awful IMO.

At any rate, doesn't Slay mainly play nickel CB while DWill is an outside CB?
Dwill less than average and combined with his salary, will be cut in offseason. Also, Slay’s primary position has been on the outside throughout this career.

Again, I disagree with the less than average part but we're all entitled to our opinions.

I'm still skeptical on him being cut in the offseason. The Rams have six free agent DBs this offseason. If they cut Williams, they would have two CBs under contract - Forbes and Wallace, who is definitely not ready to start. I doubt they get down to only two.

It likely depends on if they can sign any of them to extensions such as Durant, McCreary, and Lake. If they do, then maybe DWill gets cut.
