I saw this comment on X... Lol!!

"Eagles fans swore they were getting Myles Garrett and instead they got the ghost of Jaire Alexander"
Yeah, the delusional Eagles fans on social media has been ridiculous. So much click bait feeding the morons who don't know the Browns would take something like $125 million in dead money from trading Myles making it impossible. Garrett wrote his own prison sentence taking money over success and he can rot in Cleveland. Eagles are desperate to fix their struggling defense and trade for an over priced has-been who the even worse Baltimore defense didn't even want. Comical.

Seems like a good gamble move for the Eagles.

Phillips (free agent after the season) was an ascending Edge before injuries hit him in 2023 and 2024.
Believe they were an Achilles and a knee injury. That's a lot in two years; and limited him to 12 games total the prior two years. However, he has played all nine games this season, and 73% of the defensive snaps.

For a draft choice that figures to be in the 90's, to address an area-of-need ... Seems Smart.

I think it will be fun to watch the wires for trade activity over the next 30 hours.

Deadline tomorrow / November 4th, at 4 PM ET.

Forever, there was little trade activity as the NFL Deadline approached but successful organizations, that have been willing to go-against long-standing un-written rules, have shown the way.

The Rams are at the top of that list. There are others ... the Hated-Eagles and Evil-Niners are on the list.

One of the many things I like, appreciate and am grateful for, with regard to the McVay/Snead/Demoff regime, is their willingness to do things differently ... that's a Long List ... with Many Examples.
Just recently, the way the Rams traveled to London the day before the game ... after spending a week in the Maryland area and working out at a baseball stadium ... was criticized before the game but praised after.
