Giants coach is a total sackless coward. Your team is already doing shitty, you've all but locked up a top five pick, and you're too afraid to bench your rookie who needs to get his head straight (read, un-fuck it from his ass) and not disrupt the room for more than one single drive.
Jeff Fisher, as maligned as he was, at least had the balls to bench Jenkins and Givens for a game when they fucked up - and this was in their rookie years when they were doing well.
